In connection with a wide circulation of methods of colouring in electric field the Presidium of the Central Committee of trade union of workers of mechanical engineering has confirmed a number of actions, major of which are resulted more low:

Colouring should be carried out in special chambers and be automated;

At work as manual pistols force of a current should be safe for the person;

It is necessary to equip each chamber with exhaust ventilation and the protective blocking excluding possibility of inclusion of a high-tension current if the rated voltage on a thread kenotrona is not submitted, excluding possibility of dispersion of a paint at the switched off ventilation;

In each chamber there should be a special protective equipment: restrictive devices, a rated sportsman for removal of a residual current, iskropreduprezhdajushchie devices and stationary uglekislotnaja ognegasitelnaja installation.

According to the order of Ministry of Health all workers of painting shops and sites at receipt for work should pass preliminary, and then periodic (is not more rare than an once in six months) medical inspection.

To work with varnishes, paints and solvents persons are not supposed:

) not reached 18-year-old age;

) not past of preliminary survey or having contra-indications on a state of health;

) not familiarised with the safety rule and the fire-prevention technics;

) pregnant and nursing women. For pregnancy and feeding by a breast of women it is necessary to translate for the works which have been not connected with application of paints, containing lead connections, aromatic carbohydrates and dizotsionaty.
